​I work in clay, encaustic, oil, and acrylic. Each media has a unique process for expression.  Working in both three dimensional and two dimensional, large and small, my awareness of the presence and physicality of the work is constantly renewed and energized.   Through play and experimentation, I work intuitively to allow the present moment to guide my marks, texture, imagery, and colors.  I keep my mind open for new opportunities to arise, a silent dialogue balancing between material, lived experience, the moment, and the viewer.
